Pastor Tracy Irene Walker was born in Washington D.C to Zebedee and Betty Whindleton. She is married to Pastor Archie B. Walker, co-laborers in ministry; together they founded Excellent Covenant World Outreach Ministries (ECWOM) June 6 1999 Baumholder Germany . They have three children, Julius, Whindleton and Briana. She was licensed 1986 by Apostles Elisha & Phyllis Lawson of Jesus World Outreach Center (JWOC). She and her husband are overseers of ECWOM “Powerhouse” in Killeen Texas . She is a Retired Warrant Officer in the US Army after 20 years of dedicated military service. Pastor Tracy is known for various teachings on deliverance, inner healing, soul ties, manipulation and control and the transformation of the soul: teachings that have gone beyond cultural, denominational and racial boundaries to empower the people of God to mature in a way that enables them to become more effective in the Kingdom of God .
